Jesse Smelik started working for his dad, Gene Sr., in 1990.  Under Gene's tutorship, Jesse quickly grew to be the authority on service and installation as well as learning the skills necessary for upper management of the company by 1995.  Jesse has gone on to acquire his North Carolina plumbing license and is responsible for the company's expansion to the Hampstead/Wilmington area.  In 2007, Jesse will be moving to the area permanently to apply his skills in helping the business grow in that rea, but will still be in the Morehead office from time to time.  Jesse and his wife, Lisa, are parents to three of the cutest little girls you've ever seen. Besides time with his family, he enjoys golf and surfing, and fishing when time allows.

John is from Apache Junction, Arizona, but has been with us here at Kinetico Advanced Water Systems since July of 2002. John has been in water treatment since 1995 and brings tons of experience to us with his extensive background - you name it, John has seen it. His role with us here has been as a partner, sales/service/operations manager of the Hanpstead/Wilmington office - literally a jack-of-all-trades! He has been largely responsible for the office's growth in recent years. John is also a former Marine, having been stationed in California and serving in Okinawa, Japan.  He has a 13 year old son, Trevor, and together they enjoy fishing, softball and music. Antonio started out in water treatment about 5 years ago in Morehead City, working his way up from route driver to service and installation. Antonio started with Advanced Water Systems in the Newport office and then had an opportunity to transfer to the Hampstead office. His wife, Kelly, is a dental assistant at Landfall Dental and they have a dog named Marley. His hobbies include music, traveling, and entertaining with friends.
