He has been awarded Kinetico's Apollo award (over 250 sales per year) every year since his start and has been #1 in the country twice, as well as #2 three times in a row. Pat is the go-to guy in the area for just about any information regarding water and water treatment. As of December '06, Todd has 575 in lifetime sales and has received the Apollo award the last two years in a row. Todd has a daughter, Sarah, that is 6 years old and enjoys playing and composing music when he's not helping fix water. Todd is continually striving to help educate folks int he area of water treatment so that they can make an informed decision without feeling any implied pressure. Jeremy has been with Advanced Water Systems since July of '05 and has lifetime sales of 140. He is the sales rep for Craven, Pamlico and Jones county areas as well as other outlying areas and will manage the New Bern office when it opens int he early part of '07. Jeremy has previous experience in water treatment and brings a lot of eagerness and knowledge to help his customers with their water concerns. He looks forward to helping the great people of Craven, Pamlico and Jones county solve their water issues with a friendly demeanor and knowledgeable application. After falling in love with the downeast area, he and his wife, Nancy, made a permanent move in the summer of '05. Bob has been involved in sales for a great portion of his life and has been wtih Advanced Water Systems since the fall of '05 as the sales rep for the downeast area of Carteret Coutny, with 49 lifetime sales as of December of '06. Bob is a member of the Downeast Decoy Carvers guild and enjoys learning about preserving the local heritage and way of living. Bob is very thorough in his sales demonstrations so that the customer always comes away with a greater understanding of the aspects of water treatment. Besides that, he's just a heck of a nice guy! Jack started as a customer first adn was so impressed with his Kinetico softener that he decided to spend his spare time as a sales rep about 7 years ago. Jack has a six-year-old "son" - his yorkshire terrier, Jake, who all the ladies love to lavish with attention. Clarke Gooden, Service ManagerClarke started as a service technician in 1998 and landed the Service Manager position in 2006 due to his expansive knowledge of water treatment issues as well as his experience with troubleshooting all kinds of water systems. Clarke is known for his thoroughness and efficiency in service and in managing the service tech crew! Clarke is an avid metal detector enthusiast and enjoys "hunting" for and collecting Civil War relics.
